炼钢连铸调度系统和方法综述

摘 要:炼钢连铸生产是铁区生产和轧制生产的连接桥梁,它是整个钢铁生产的瓶颈过程。一个好的炼钢调度是确保整个生产能够正常运作的重要因素之一。钢铁生产是一个能耗巨大的过程,因此钢铁企业投入了大量先进技术来提高钢铁产能。炼钢连铸的调度过程是主要的环节之一。本文详细的介绍了炼钢连铸生产过程,然后对炼钢连铸过程的调度方法和该过程的动态扰动因素进行了详细的阐述。较后,对这个领域的一些关键技术进行了研究。

1 Introduction
Theironandsteelmakingproductionprocessisahightemperature,highenergyconsumption,andhugelogisticsmachining process. The whole productionprocess’craftworkiscomplex.Notonlydoesithavemanyworkingprocedures,butalsoeachworkingprocedure’ sconstraintsandtargetaredifferent.So,thesteelmakingschedulemustbeanextremecomplexscheduleproblem,whichcontainsmanyexactproblems:theworkpiececlustering,themachiningpriorityconstraints,theequipmentssettingetc.Obviously,highefficientandpracticalsteelmakingschedulemustbebasedonthesufficientunderstandingofsteelmakingproductionprocess.Inthissection,theprocessofthewholeproductionisintroduced.1)Ironmaking Normally,theironisexistedintheformofoxide.Themajortaskofironmakingistodeoxidizetheironfromitsoxide.Thisisanimportantprocessinthewholeproductionprocess.Inthemodernsteelmakingproductionprocess,ironmakingmethodsmainlycontainblastfurnaceironmakingandnonblastfurnaceironmaking.Blastfurnaceironmakingistraditionallybased on the coke asthe main energysources,becausethetechniquesofthismethodissimple,steady,highyield,lowenergyconsumption,themethod.Nonblastfurnaceironmakingisbasedonthecoal, petroleum, electricity as the main energysources,theyaretotallycallednonblastfurnaceironmaking.Theinputoftheironmakingisironstone,fuel,flux.Exceptforsomeprocessednaturalironstones,largescaleblastfurnacesalsousesinterswhichareprocessedfromironstonesandcokesasthefueltoofferheatenergy.Blastfurnacehasthelongestnaturallifeamongallthehightemperaturecampstove.Sousually,inthemainsteelmakingareaworkersalwayssetblastfurnaceasthesteadygoingmoltenironsupplyplace.
